Rights and obligations arising from the guest accommodation contract

Published by the section Hotels and related businesses in the German Hotel and Restaurant Association e. V. (DEHOGA):

  1. The guest accommodation agreement is concluded as soon as the room has been ordered and confirmed or if a confirmation was no longer possible due to lack of time.
  2. The conclusion of the guest accommodation contract obliges the contracting parties to fulfill the contract, irrespective of the duration of the contract.
  3. The hotelier is obliged to pay compensation for non-provision of the room to the guest.
  4. The guest is obligated to pay the agreed or customary price for non-use of the contractual services, minus the expenses saved by the hotelier (i.d.R. 20%).
  5. Please note the cancellation conditions valid for the Hotel Hubertus in the appendix.
        a) The hotelier is held in good faith, unused rooms to allocate if possible to avoid failures.
        b) Until the room has been remunerated, the guest has to pay the amount calculated in accordance with clause 4 for the duration of the contract.

Cancellation policy

  1. Reservations must be canceled no later than 18:00 the day before arrival. Should this be the case later, we will charge a cancellation fee of 1 night's stay.
  2. In case of departures before the planned departure date, we will in any case still charge for the night following the actual departure day.
  3. Cancellations can only be accepted in writing (email, fax or mail) and are only valid after written confirmation by us.
  4. In case of no-show without prior cancellation the entire stay will be charged.
  5. For group reservations (from 3 rooms) special, individually agreed cancellation conditions apply.


The prices are as stated per room per day or for packages per room and stay including all taxes and duties. Errors and changes excepted. The cost of the breakfast in the amount of € 5.00 per person is included in the price and will be shown separately on the invoice due to the different VAT rates.


Accepted are debit cards as well as the credit cards Master Card, Visa, Diners Club. Of course, you can also pay your bill in cash. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card prior to arrival / check-in.

Arrival and departure

You can move into your room or apartment from 12.00 on the day of arrival. If you arrive late (after 6 pm), please inform the hotel reception by phone. Otherwise, the room could possibly be rented to other guests. Upon departure you will be asked to vacate your room for cleaning by 11.00.


The parking in front of the house is free. A garage can optionally be rented for a fee of € 5.00 per night.


On request our sauna can be used for a fee of 5,00 € per person. The sauna is available from 16:00 to 22:00 by appointment. Please contact our reception.


If you would like to bring your pet, we ask you to consult with the reservation.
